Follow the money... that's what they are about.
You can throw out most of the fad diets/books.
The way to lose/manage weight is to eat for health and get off your couch and MOVE your muscles. Period. There are no magic secrets or easy ways.
Think about this. Do you see any fat animals in the wild?
They eat what God gave them to eat.
Isn't that what you should be doing?
Think NUTRITION. Eat for health. Move your muscles regularly.
And your weight will normalize.
